I've been determined to make my own computer games my whole life; My Dad played Myst when I was just 4 years old. It fascinated me and I was captivated.
He bought a license of Blitz Basic when I was 8, we wrote an arkanoid clone from scratch, my first experience of programming. Throughout my early school life I wrote more small games in Blitz, I learnt to use Photoshop soon after.
High school introduced me to Flash. Instantly hooked, I spent every lunch break in the computer clusters animating. I moved back to programming at the end of High school, using Actionscript.
In 2007 I bought Half Life 2, which introduced me to the Source SDK. Later that year Team Fortress 2 was brought to my attention and has been where I've made my living since.
Discovering Unity 3D in 2012 rekindled my interest in making different types of gameplay experiences than the relatively samey FPS Source work I've done. I currently split my time between Team Fortress 2 projects and Unity 3D projects.
